While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Business outreach

This section is for people we contact about our services without having been in touch with us first: by email, phone or LinkedIn. It explains where we got your details, what we do with them, and how to make us stop.

Who we are

Arcadia Digital is a trading name of In Arcadia Ego Ltd, a company registered in Malta (VAT MT30311433). Our registered address is Level 3 (Suite 3034), Tower Business Centre, Tower Street, Swatar, Birkirkara BKR 4013, Malta.

For anything to do with your data, email max@arcadia-digital.com.

Why we have your details

We use them for business development: contacting organisations that may benefit from our marketing services.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Our legitimate interest is promoting our marketing services to organisations that may benefit from them, through relevant, low-volume business outreach.

What we hold

  • Your name, job title and employer
  • Your business email address and business phone number
  • Your LinkedIn profile URL and business location
  • Records of our emails and calls with you, including call recordings
  • Whether you opened or clicked our emails, where that tracking is switched on

Where we got it

From Apollo.io, a business contact database, and from publicly available sources such as your organisation’s website and LinkedIn.

Who receives it

  • Apollo.io, our CRM and outreach platform
  • Google, which provides our email
  • Twilio, which provides calling and call recording through Apollo.io
  • Contractors working on Arcadia Digital’s behalf

Transfers outside the EU

Your data is processed in the United States, by the providers above and by members of our team based there. Where a provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, that is the safeguard we rely on; otherwise we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Your contact details and our correspondence: up to 24 months after we were last in touch, unless you become a client
  • Call recordings: 12 months
  • If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record of that indefinitely, so that we never contact you again

Your right to object

You can object to us using your data for marketing at any time, free of charge. Reply “stop” to any email, or email max@arcadia-digital.com, and we will delete your details and never contact you again.

Your other rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email max@arcadia-digital.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) at https://idpc.org.mt.

Automated decisions

We use software tools to research and prioritise which organisations to contact. We do not make any decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects by automated means.
